That and Those

Posting sebelumnya, telah jelaskan tentang "this dan these". Untuk posting kali ini, akan dijelaskan tentang penggunaan "That dan Those". "That dan Those"  mempunyai arti " itu". Bila "this dan these" dipakai sebagai kata tunjuk benda yang dekat, sedangkan  "That dan Those "digunakan sebagai kata tunjuk benda yang jauh. Cara pemakaian "that" sama dengan cara pemakaian "this", begitu juga dengan "those", cara pemakaiannya sama dengan "these" baik sebagai demonstrative pronoun ataupun demonstrative adjective.

Contoh:

That is a book.
That is an apple.
That is my house.

That book is yours.
That house is mine.
I like that girl.
Toni hates that boy.

Those are books.
Those are apples.
Those are pens.

Those books are yours.
Those houses are mine.
Toni hates those boys.
I like those girls.
