bingle - to have a crash. I had a bingle in the car.

boilover - to win unexpectedly. The Aussie soccer team had a boilover against the Spaniards.

conniption - to get upset. He had a conniption when he heard of what happened.

jumbuck - a sheep. He has a jumbuck in his car.

minibeast - an insect, or other small creature. Children study about minibeasts in Year 3.

pre-loved - second hand. There is a pre-loved clothes shop in that mall.

wowser - spoilsport, some-one who doesn't like joining in fun activities. He is such a wowser, he will never come to the nightclub.

Doovalacky is the word we use when we don't know the name of something.

To give it a burl means have a go.
